Tell us what happened to you. You don't need to register or have your animals' details on file: how many there were, when it happened and where is enough.
If it happened years ago, if you never filed a police report, if the horses turned up: enter it anyway. All of those cases count.
Why we're asking.
Argentina has no national registry of horse theft: nobody knows how many are stolen each year or in which areas. Without that number, the issue doesn't make it onto any agenda. Every case entered is one more data point, so we can go to the press and the authorities with facts instead of impressions.
If it just happened and you want the draft police report and the filing for the prosecutor's office, open an account and activate the protocol. It also works without your horses' records on file.
If you saw something but don't want to give your name, use the anonymous channel: we don't store your IP or any data that identifies you.
None of this replaces filing a police report. If a horse was stolen from you, file it anyway.
